New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program
The New Brunswick allows skilled workers as well as experienced business people and their family members to apply for the Permanent residency who want to settle in New Brunswick permanently.
It allows the applicants to file for the Permanent Residency by the help of New Brunswick Express Entry Stream and New Brunswick Skilled Worker Stream and the New Brunswick Entrepreneurial Stream.
- TheNew Brunswick Express Entry Stream– This stream is designed for Foreign Nationals with the skills, education and work experience to contribute to New Brunswick’s economy, and who are ready to live and work in New Brunswick and meet the requirements for each stage of the Express Entry Stream. Under this stream the applicant must have an express entry profile and must be currently living and working in New Brunswick. The applicant must have a valid work permit. The candidate must have a language ability test with a score of CLB 7 in all 4 modules. ECA is also required if the applicant has any foreign education. The minimum eligibility points are 67 under the six selection factors of FSW.
- New Brunswick Skilled Worker Stream- The New Brunswick Skilled Worker Stream is an immigration program that allows the Government of New Brunswick to nominate individuals with the greatest ability to become economically established in New Brunswick. This stream is for workers with the skills, education and work experience to contribute to New Brunswick’s economy, and who are ready to live and work in New Brunswick permanently. This stream helps New Brunswick employers recruit foreign nationals and international graduates whose skills are in limited supply in the province and who have been unable to fill job vacancies with a Canadian citizen or permanent resident (PR).
The applicant must meet the minimum eligibility requirements for age, language, job offer, work experience and education, and score a minimum of 60 points in the selection factors to be considered for nomination. The New Brunswick Skilled Worker Stream is open to foreign nationals, living in Canada or abroad, who have an offer of employment for a full-time, permanent position from an employer based in New Brunswick.
