Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 188)
This is a provisional visa for the people with business skills who want own and manage a new or existing business anywhere in Australia or its state or territory. This temporary visa lets the holders of Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa to extend their stay in Australia for upto 4 years. It also helps them in applying for the Permanent Residency.
Requirements-
- Submit EOI- The applicant needs to submit the Expression of Interest in the Skill select.
- Nominated or Sponsored- The applicant must be nominated bay an Australian state or territory government agency
- Invited to apply-The applicant is only eligible to apply if he/she has received the invitation on the basis of EOI submitted
